At Mountain Dog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't fit your lifestyle, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
